Hi, I'm Linda Anticoli

Welcome to my site. Here you'll find my blog and a collection of my projects.

About me

I'm a lecturer and technologist, and most of my work looks at how technologies and societies influence each other. I am very curious, I have lots of questions, and very little answers.

My background is in mathematics and theoretical computer science, where I worked on the theory of computation, logic, and quantum computing. I also draw on psychology and semiotics to study how technologies influence our social practices, and the way we talk, perceive the world and make sense of things.

In my research, some themes include everyday technologies and self-perception, perinatal experiences in the social media world, remote and hybrid work, endangered language preservation.

If you'd like to know more about my research, you can find it on my UCL profile.
